These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and AIpparel, Inc. ("we," "us," "our") governing your use of the AIpparel mobile application and its features (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your region) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
AIpparel lets you generate AI virtual try-on images of yourself wearing real clothing, save looks, track your sizes, watch prices, and shop via links to third-party retailers. Try-on images and size suggestions are AI-generated approximations for visualization only — they are not guarantees of fit, color, fabric, availability, or how a garment will actually look or feel on you. Always rely on the retailer's own sizing and product information before buying.
You own your photos. To create a try-on, you grant us and our AI processing providers a limited license to process the images you provide (selfies, body photos, garment images) solely to generate the result you requested and operate the features you use. You represent that you have the right to use any image you upload and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
Your photos are stored in private, per-user cloud storage locked to your account (and cached on your device), and are sent to AI processing providers only to produce your try-on. See the Privacy Policy for details, including how facial imagery is handled and how to delete your data (Profile → Delete Account).
The App offers an auto-renewable subscription, AIpparel Unlimited, with monthly, 3-month, and annual plans and an introductory free trial where offered.
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we do not separately process App Store refunds.
When you tap a shop link, you are taken to a third-party retailer. We are not the seller, and we do not control their products, prices, availability, sizing, shipping, returns, or policies. Your purchase is solely between you and that retailer. Some links may carry an affiliate tag through which we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you; this never changes the price you pay.
You agree not to: upload images of other people without their consent; upload unlawful, infringing, or sexually explicit content; reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the App or its AI outputs; resell or commercially exploit the service; or use the App to violate any law or third-party right.
The App, its design, software, and branding are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use under these Terms. Generated try-on images are for your personal use.
THE APP AND ALL AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that try-on images, size suggestions, or displayed prices are accurate, current, or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY PURCHASE YOU MAKE FROM A THIRD-PARTY RETAILER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your data via Profile → Delete Account. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. 7–10) survive termination.
These Terms are between you and AIpparel only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. To the extent the App is a "Licensed Application," Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and these Terms supplement it; if there is a conflict on App Store–specific matters, Apple's terms control. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. We will post the new effective date here and, for material changes, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
